“I love bikes, and most important, I want you to love bikes too. I have been riding bikes for most of my life and when I am on a bike, things just tend to make sense.
Group rides have turned acquaintances into lifelong friends, while racing introduced me to competitors who have pushed me to be a better person and a better athlete.
Members of the cycling community I have met through the years have always been a source of joy and encouragement, and
cycling has been a place where I can process what is and isn’t important.
Whether it’s a mountain bike ride or a long road ride, God helps me put things into perspective when I’m on two wheels.
The vision of Rolling H is to generate enthusiasm for Nampa’s growing cycling community and encourage cyclists to do what they love: ride.”
-Adam Haynes, Owner
Rolling H Cycles is located in the heart of downtown Nampa, Idaho. We are devoted to everything biking, maintenance included! RH is a proud retailer of four main bike lines: Scott, Santa Cruz, Haro and Pinarello, along with a wide range of well known parts and accessory lines. Our mission here at RH is simple: Get more people On bikes. Rolling H Cycles is more than just a local bike shop. As Nampa and Boise natives, we are passionate about supporting the local cycling community. In support of your journey, we invite you to join our group rides both on and off the trail. There is nothing small about what we do here at Rolling H Cycles!
College and work/life experience helped me to discover two things about myself. One, I love being active…being outside, working out, anything that is physically challenging. Second, I love to teach. I believe the best way to share something good is to talk about it, show people how it’s done and the difference it can make. As a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats. I’m a salesman, mechanic, janitor, coach, athlete, employer, program director and volunteer. I do it all and fortunately, I love it all…maybe not scrubbing toilets but still. I’m here to help. I’m here to teach and to expose people to cycling because it is simply one of my favorite things to do and communities to be a part of.
Adam and I were married in 2009, it was then I was introduced to a truer form of cycling, the kind with helmets, rules, athletes, lycra and community . I appreciate cycling in different ways today than I did as a kid but what I really love about our shop, are the people who make it what it is. I work full time outside of RHC but I find great satisfaction in supporting Adam, deep contentment in knowing I’m putting my business admin skill set to use, and joy in knowing the shop is a hub for people who are in pursuit of connection.
I was born and raised in Boise on the greenbelt which meant a life full of adventures on wheels. My passion for cycling has only continued to grow as I started exploring the foothills mountain biking. Learning to mountain bike with my son has been one of the coolest experiences as I’ve had the chance to watch my family’s love for the outdoors continue to grow. One thing people know about me is that I love chatting bikes over a cup of coffee, so this is truly the perfect job for me. Nothing lights me up more than seeing others take part in the sport and community that I love so much. When I’m not riding or talking about bikes you’ll find me blogging about food. My favorite hobbies in order are eating, cooking and riding bikes.
Our partners are a big part of what makes our mission possible. Through the community in Nampa, Rolling H has been able to grow as a business and a member of the Treasure Valley cycling community.
Nampa Bike Walk began in 2007 with the goal to make the city a bike friendly place. They are a local non profit organization that puts bikes into the hands of those in need. Be it children or adults, Nampa Bike Walk accepts donated bikes, repairs them to a safe condition, and gifts them back to community members.Rolling H supports the project as a drop off location for donations, supplier of parts as well as a donor of tools etc.
Rolling H raffeled off a 2018 Scott E-Spark valued at $4,399 in support of the Nampa police department. Tickets sold for $25 each with a
goal to raise $5,000. By the end of the fundraiser we were able to raise $6,000 to fund a new fleet of bikes for the Nampa Police
Department. The Police Department was able to take home 11 bikes, outfitting each officer with a bike of proper size as well as safety gear.

This Black Friday Rolling H dedicated the day to giving back. by hosting a bike drive for the Nampa Bicycle Project. During the drive we collected donation of previously owned bikes in the community. In return donors received in-store credit to be used towards a new bike on November 23rd and 24th. Event Facebook Page >
